Who are the three musical influencers that influence you?
Toni and I
yungblud
NF
How did these musicians influence you in your music?
Toni and I influenced me in her music as she writes her own music and for me I can relate to this as I write my own music its is all her own words and I love that as an artist as you can put your own feeling into a song which she has done on many separate occasions. The song that made her big was dance monkey which I learned of by heart and that was the first song that I could sing and feel confident about.
yungblud influenced me as he was out there he showed the world what he was all about an not hide his true self he has ADHD which for me hit home as I am undiagnosed ADHD which just shows even if you are different you can still succeed which influence me to go into music and his songs are very relatable as time have changed but people haven't. my favourite song of his is parents.
nf influenced me in his music as he sang about his life his struggles which was being true to his fans and as i had a very tough upbringing it kept me going as it showed me that no matter how you are brough up all the hardships we go through in our lives we can still Concore and do something amazing helping young people express the selves through songs and to give us hope and he did this and he is an inspiration to me my favourite song that nf did is let you down
What song from each musician influenced you and how can you take what inspires you from the song into your own work?
fly away and the reason for this is because of the lyric and that is because i never felt like i fited in and i never knew where i belong but i had dream and im flying to it this is how i will be using this in my own music expressing myself and proving everyone wrong these are the lyric which i relate to " I've been on my own for a minute, Is it only me out here, Searching for the place to, begin it, Is it me? Is it you? Is it fear?, Standing on the line I was given, People stare and ask me, why I'm here, No one seems to think that I fit in, But I don't wanna be like them
parents is one of my favourite songs and that is because its not politically correct it very out there but I can relate as parents aren't always right and for me how I will use this in my own music is by speaking my mind in my music right how people can be judgemental but it how you present yourself how you show people you. These are the lyrics 'Cause my High hopes are getting low because these people are so old The way they think about it all If I tried I would never know My high hopes are getting low But I know I'll never be alone It's alright, we'll survive 'Cause parents ain't always right
let you down is another favourite songs and this is because we are always trying to please people and we never please our self and he really goes through his emotions and you can feel these emotions and this what I will be using in my music I want the listener to feel this song so people can relate these are the lyrics Yeah, I guess I'm a disappointment, doing everything I can, I don't wanna make you disappointed, it's annoying, I just wanna make you feel like everything I ever did ,Was never tryna make an issue for you, But I guess the more you thought about everything, You were never even wrong in the first place, right?
Today i will be writing about the Telharmonium. What is it? A telharmonium is abig instrument which is electrical first of its time and first ever. Thaddeus Cahil was the inventor who made the Telharmonium, and it was made in 1890s. Historically this was new age it was only 10 years before when electric was only just getting distributed into homes. How did Telharmonium work? The way Telharmonium worked by using dynamosto generate electrical signals additive synthesis. Which was transmitted through the telephone lines. To thosewho were paying for it.
It was very expensive when it came out at the time of its release it was $200,000 which for the time that was a lot of money.
The first place where the Telharmonium was used and hear was Holyoke Massachusetts in 1906. It moved not long after it was installed. It was then taken to New York where it was installed Telharmonic Hall. It was a very heavy instrument making it 200 tons which modernday instruments are light and small but back then it was a learning staple. It was 60 feet long.
Polyphonic is a texture where two or more independent melodic occur simultaneously. The velocity sensitive keyboard is a keyboard that responds to the speed in which the key is pressed and release controling the sound in which you hear.
The Telharmonium was polyphonicand had a velocity sensitive keyboard. by having Multiple and singular sets of tone making wheels which was connected to.Whichcreated a multi tone.
There where three that was made over the space of 9 years first one was made in 1901 the second one was made in 1906 and the third one was made in 1910 however its popularity declined in 1912 whichled to the discontinuation of the instrument. The reason why this instrument discontinued was firstly because of the size of the instrument secondly there where problems with using the telephone lines for it as this cause disruption and unfortunately the cost of the instrument led to the company which made this to go out of business it was the very first electrical instrument which now we use all the time it was a prediction of music synthesisers and music streaming service which we all us everyday and everywhere we are

The genre of common people is alternative rock and rock indie britpop
What do are the lyrics talking about?
The lyrics are about class devide economic difference of the working class and relationships
lyric type
narrative
autobiography
abstract
first and third person
spiteful
she is naive
clueless
not streetwise
delirious
frustrated
stupid
Common people by the pulp is in first and third person
for example
pulp uses first person using I , I'll
" That's where I caught her eye
She told me that her Dad was loaded
I said "In that case, I'll have rum and Coca-Cola"
She said "fine""
this emotion we see here is frustrated as his he thinks she thinks it like a game which we know living in working class its not a joke.
he also uses third person for example he say she and he says this repetitively
It seems he is trying to make her understand this is and not to be naive about the difference in classes
however pulp also uses second person "You wanna live like common people
You wanna see whatever common people see
Wanna sleep with common people
You wanna sleep with common people like me?"
this sounds as pulp is in disbelief to what she saying and just saying it repeatedly.
This song common people is a autobiography but also narrative he know what the common folk go through and he tries to tell her the story to stop her from being fixated on this path
The message for this song is how the rich think the poor are fun it show different views and different cultural as she will stick out like a sore thumb which when you do your more likely become more of a target
You wanna live like common people
You wanna see whatever common people see
Wanna sleep with common people
You wanna sleep with common people like me?
But she didn’t understand
And she just smiled and held my hand
In yellow is rhetorical questions as if to say you don't want that as he has gone through stuff she would not want to understand
[Bridge]
Oh, rent a flat above a shop
And cut your hair and get a job
And smoke some fags and play some pool
Pretend you never went to school
But still you'll never get it right
'Cause when you're laid in bed at night
Watching roaches climb the wall
If you called your dad he could stop it all, yeah
in red he is saying you are lucky as she can call her dad and it will all be fine
telling her not everyone is as lucky as you are
My lyric analysis
mamma mia - money money money
I work all night, I work all day to pay the bills I have to pay
Ain't it sad?
And still there never seems to be a single penny left for me
That's too bad
In my dreams I have a plan
If I got me a wealthy man
I wouldn't have to work at all, I'd fool around and have a ball
Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world
It's a rich man's world
A man like that is hard to find but I can't get him off my mind
Ain't it sad?
And if he happens to be free I bet he wouldn't fancy me
That's too bad
So I must leave, I'll have to go
To Las Vegas or Monaco
And win a fortune in a game, my life will never be the same
Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world
Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world
It's a rich man's world
